We are seeking a HR Operations – Learning & Development Executive to join our dynamic HR team.
This role is critical to driving employee development, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment between business goals and workforce capability.
Key Responsibilities
Training Design & Delivery:
Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs (classroom, e-learning, on-the-job, and blended learning).
Create learning content, manuals, videos, and digital modules aligned with organizational goals.
Facilitate onboarding, induction, and role-specific training for new and existing employees.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs address real operational challenges.
Learning & Talent Development:
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives using feedback, performance metrics, and KPIs.
Partner with HR Operations to design employee development plans and career pathways.
Support succession planning through targeted development interventions.
Promote a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and employee empowerment.
HR Operations:
Develop and maintain HR databases, ensuring accurate records of employee training, certifications, and performance evaluations.
Track and report on HR operational metrics such as turnover, training participation, employee engagement, and performance improvement.
Assist with HR audits, compliance checks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all units.
Support employee relations initiatives, including engagement surveys, welfare activities, and career progression programs.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in HR operations, learning & development, or talent management (hospitality industry experience is a strong advantage).
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, training design, and employee engagement strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in HRMS platforms, digital training tools, and MS Office Suite.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
