Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

The HR / Operations Officer provides dual support across human resources and operational functions to ensure efficient people management and smooth day-to-day business operations.

The role focuses on policy implementation, workforce coordination, operational efficiency, and administrative support, contributing to organizational effectiveness and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Functions:

Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes in line with company policies.

Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.

Support performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and staff welfare activities.

Assist with disciplinary processes, grievances, and employee relations matters.

Coordinate leave management, attendance tracking, and HR documentation.

Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and staff entitlements.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal policies, and workplace regulations.

Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business processes.

Coordinate office administration, facilities management, and logistics.

Monitor operational workflows and assist in improving efficiency and service delivery.

Manage vendors, service providers, and office supplies procurement.

Support budgeting, expense tracking, and cost-control initiatives.

Assist in the implementation of operational policies, procedures, and controls.

Prepare operational reports, schedules, and internal documentation.

Support project coordination and internal stakeholder communication.

Ensure adherence to organizational policies, labour regulations, and operational standards.

Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and reporting requirements.

Identify operational or HR risks and escalate appropriately.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field.

2–5 years’ experience in HR, operations, or a similar administrative role.

Salary

N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
