Responsibilties
Recruitment & Staffing:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding).
Employee Relations:

Foster a positive work environment and manage employee grievances.
Promote effective communication between management and staff.
Performance Management:

Design and oversee performance appraisal systems.
Work with line managers to set KPIs and support employee development.
Training & Development:

Identify training needs and organize learning programs.
Support employee career growth and succession planning.
Compensation & Benefits:

Administer payroll, salary reviews, and employee benefits.
Ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.
HR Policies & Compliance:

Develop and update HR policies in line with labor laws and organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Workforce Planning:

Analyze and forecast staffing needs.
Plan strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Health, Safety & Welfare:

Ensure a safe and conducive working environment.
Implement employee wellness programs.
HR Administration:

Maintain accurate employee records.
Prepare HR reports for management decision-making.
Qualifications

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 4 – 5 years experience.
Salary
N200,000 – N220,000 monthly.
