Location: Ikeja, Lagos Job Summary As the Human Resource Manager, you will oversee HR operations, drive talent management strategies, and ensure compliance with labor laws while supporting organizational growth and employee engagement. Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and internal policies Oversee payroll coordination, staff records, and HR reporting Drive employee engagement, training, and organizational development initiatives Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably within the healthcare sector Professional certification, such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI, is mandatory Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and employee relations.
