Description

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle from posting to onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
Drive performance management, training schedules, and staff development.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.
Handle staff engagement, leave management, and employee welfare.
Manage administrative tasks including procurement, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
Liaise with retail store teams to support smooth HR operations.
Prepare HR reports and support payroll and compensation processes.
Requirements

BSc/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
CIPM membership or certification is an added advantage.
Retail or fashion industry experience is a plus.
