About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on ICT Support Staff to provide technical support to staff and ensure our IT systems run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to IT helpdesk tickets and provide first-line support to staff via phone, email, and in-person

Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, network devices, and software applications

Support LAN/WAN setup, internet connectivity, and basic network troubleshooting

Perform routine maintenance, updates, backups, and antivirus management

Track IT assets, licenses, and consumables. Report faults and liaise with vendors when needed

Maintain logs of issues, resolutions, and IT inventory

Requirements

HND / BSc in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.

2+ years in ICT support, IT helpdesk, or similar role

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, email clients, printers, and basic networking. Familiarity with Active Directory is a plus

Good problem-solving skills, customer service mindset, and ability to work under pressure.

Salary

N120,000 – N200,000 monthly.
