Job Summary

We are seeking anInfrastructure Technician/Civil Engineer, ahighly organized and detail-oriented person to join their team.
As anInfrastructure Technician/Civil Engineer, you will provide building and roadrenovation support to the operational department in addition to other civilrelated tasks.
Responsibilities

Analysing survey reports, long-range plans, maps and other data to design new projects
Considering budget, regulations and environmental hazards during risk-analysis stage
Preparing material, equipment and labour cost estimates and confirming costs are within the budget
Forecasting design and construction timeline
Managing repair and maintenance of infrastructure projects
Completing and submitting all permit applications to the appropriate agencies and ensuring projects are compliant throughout the design
and construction stages
Overseeing soil testing to establish soil strength and building feasibility
Using design software to create project drawings and renderings
Maintain & repair the roads in good condition time to time.
Monitoring and report the renovation works (old / new buildings, roads, culverts and Other Civil related tasks).
Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 per month
