Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Officer to manage stock levels across our pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, and restaurant operations.
The ideal candidate will ensure accurate record-keeping, prevent stock losses, and maintain optimal inventory levels to support daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records using software and manual logs.
Monitor stock levels and initiate restocking where necessary.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
Track incoming and outgoing items and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate with procurement, store, and department heads for stock movement.
Investigate discrepancies and report inventory issues promptly.
Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
Prevent stock losses through proper handling, storage, and monitoring.
Prepare inventory reports and submit to management regularly.
Education & Qualifications

Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field.
Professional certification in inventory, storekeeping, or logistics is an added advantage.
Experience:

Minimum of 3 – 4years’ experience in inventory management, stock control, or a related role.
Experience in retail, pharmacy, or food service industry preferred.
Other Requirements:

Must reside within or near [Gudu, Apo, Lokogoma or surrounding areas
Must be physically fit and able to handle inventory tasks
Must be available for immediate employment
Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good analytical and numerical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or inventory software(PHP)
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Good communication and reporting skills
Integrity and a high level of accountability
Remuneration

Salary: N130,000 – N150,000 / month.
Competitive salary based on experience
