Job Summary Watchcon Security Services Limited is seeking a competent and experienced IT Officer to manage ICT systems and security infrastructure. The ideal candidate must be skilled in handling CCTV systems, IT security software, and office productivity tools, while ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain ICT equipment and systems Manage and monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems Support and maintain IT security software Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues Maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls) Ensure data protection, backups, and cybersecurity compliance Prepare reports and presentations using PowerPoint Maintain IT documentation and inventory. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields Minimum of 5 years’ work experience. Strong knowledge of: ICT gadgets (especially CCTV and surveillance systems) Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint proficiency required) IT security tools and cybersecurity practices Basic networking Good problem-solving and communication skills.
