Job Summary

We’re looking for an IT Personnel/Officer to join our team and provide technical support, maintain our systems and infrastructure, and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to staff and customers on hardware, software, and network issues

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with electronic devices and equipment

Manage and maintain our inventory management system and point-of-sale (POS) system

Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations

Provide training and support on new technologies and systems

Assist in maintaining our online shop and website

Requirements

BSc/BEng in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

1-5 years of experience in IT support or related role

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: N150,000 – N250,000 per month.
