Position Overview
This role requires a strategic and hands-on sales leader with a strong understanding of the technology industry, proven experience in solution selling, and the ability to influence client decision-making.
The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with commercial acumen to position solutions that meet customer needs and deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate and close profitable sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to guide strategy and decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer support) to deliver seamless client experiences.
Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong, trusted client relationships through consultative engagement.
Develop customized solutions that align with client needs and industry requirements.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand brand visibility.
Market Intelligence & GrowthStay updated on technology trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Use industry insights to identify new opportunities and strengthen competitive positioning.
Provide feedback to product and leadership teams on evolving customer demands.
PII Data Processor ResponsibilitiesDesign, create, and implement IT systems for secure personal data gathering.
Apply security measures to safeguard personal information.
Manage storage, transfer, and compliance of PII data in line with regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably within technology or SaaS industries.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets in enterprise sales.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software.
Ability to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Willingness to travel when required.
