Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and creative Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team. This is a senior position for someone who is serious about food, sales, and management.
Key Resposibilities

Supervise and motivate all chefs in the central kitchen.
Plan, design, and improve meals that are delicious, attractive, and fast selling.
Grow our customer base by creating new and exciting menu items.
Ensure all meals meet and exceed sales targets.
Oversee preparation and distribution of meals to all 4 branches daily.
Make sure stock never runs out and ingredients are always available.
Enforce kitchen rules, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.
Accurately cost meals to avoid overpricing or underpricing.
Train, mentor, and discipline chefs to maintain high standards.
Monitor portion sizes, food quality, and presentation.
Control waste and reduce food costs without lowering quality.
Work with management to set weekly/monthly sales goals and achieve them.
Introduce new profitable meals regularly and remove slow-selling items.
Keep detailed records of stock, purchases, sales, and kitchen performance.
Make sure equipment and tools are well maintained and in good working order.
Stay updated with food trends and bring fresh ideas into the kitchen.
Solve kitchen problems quickly and keep workflow smooth.
Requirements

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree with 6-8 years work experience.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Experience running a busy, high-pressure kitchen.
Ability to create meals customers love.
Knowledge of food costing, pricing, and portion control.
Excellent planning and organization skills.
Hardworking, disciplined, and able to meet tough targets.
Salary
N180,000 / month.
