Job Summary This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Manager at Dreams By Dv8 located in Lagos. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, maintaining food & beverage standards, ensuring food quality, and overseeing culinary management. Qualifications Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred Food Preparation and Cooking skills Food & Beverage and Food Quality knowledge Culinary Management experience Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in menu planning and cost control Food safety and sanitation certifications are a plus.
