Key Skills and Qualifications

Education: A Juris Doctor (J.D.) Degree is typically required with 2 – 3 years call to bar experience, along with passing the bar exam to be licensed to practice in a specific state.
Analytical and critical thinking: Ability to analyze complex situations, interpret laws, and draw logical conclusions.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for advising clients, drafting documents, and presenting arguments in court.
