Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Monitor floor activities, customer flow, and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and lounge standards.
Coordinate lounge opening and closing procedures.
Staff Management:
Prepare staff rosters and manage scheduling to ensure optimal staffing.
Conduct daily briefings and address performance issues promptly.
Customer Service
Handle customer complaints swiftly and professionally.
Maintain a high standard of customer engagement and retention.
Inventory & Stock Control:
Work with procurement to ensure timely replenishment.
Reduce wastage through proper stock management.
Revenue & Sales Support:
Promote upselling and special lounge offerings.
Monitor billing, POS usage, and ensure accurate financial records.
Compliance & Security:
Maintain orderliness and coordinate with security personnel when necessary.
Reporting:
Report operational challenges and recommend improvements.
Requirements
Proven supervisory or managerial experience.
A graduate of Business Administration or relevant field with proven experience
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Excellent communication and customer-relations skills.
Ability to work late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Must be well-groomed, confident, and professional.
Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory tools.
Male candidates only (operational requirement).
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
