Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This senior leadership role requires strategic oversight of all marketing functions with strong collaboration across design, sales, and operational teams. You will be expected to manage the entire marketing ecosystem independently and proactively, ensuring excellence in delivery and alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Branding Define and maintain the brand identity across all channels. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy and daily content calendar aligned with the company’s goals. Content Creation & Campaign Management Oversee content production: photoshoots, fashion videos, email marketing, and newsletters. Ensure every product is well-documented and marketed before collection launches (collections are released bi-weekly). Marketing Initiatives Lead both digital and traditional marketing efforts, including: Live and pre-recorded sales videos Fashion styling/tips sessions SEO optimization and sponsored paid ads Influencer partnerships and collaborations Email marketing and “Deal of the Week” activations Customer & Sales Alignment Track sales performance with the sales team to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with the sales, fashion buying, design, merchandising, and operations teams to stay attuned to customer expectations. Product Launches & Social Impact Campaigns Lead seasonal campaigns and socio-community initiatives (e.g., perfume line launch, indigenous fabric showcases, community giveback, women empowerment). Market Monitoring & Brand Positioning Monitor industry trends, social media engagement, and competitor activity. Optimize pricing and promotional strategies across e-commerce, retail, and wholesale channels. Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility (including marketplace presence). Customer Experience & Retention Enhance the online shopping experience via UI/UX improvements and conversion optimization. Develop loyalty, retention, and customer engagement strategies. Revive and grow the Loyalty Club. Leadership & Reporting Manage the marketing team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Report directly to the Directors with updates, insights, and growth recommendations. Stay agile in adapting to the ever-evolving social and digital landscape with fresh and creative ideas. First 3-Month Goals Activate and grow TikTok presence Build and engage a WhatsApp or Telegram community Drive a refresh across social platforms (Live sales, styling tips, giveaways) Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in sales and marketing leadership, preferably within the fashion industry Strong knowledge of fashion retail, e-commerce, and digital marketing trends Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from market data Creative flair and passion for fashion, with a strong grasp of emerging industry trends Salary N400,000 – N500,000 / month.
