Job Overview

We seeks to employ a highly motivated and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive sales, promote brand visibility, and achieve overall business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase property sales and brand awareness.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer preferences.
Manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, and follow up on leads to close sales.
Create and manage promotional materials, marketing campaigns, and social media content.
Collaborate with internal teams to organize exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events.
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI.
Maintain an updated database of clients, leads, and marketing activities.
Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in marketing, preferably within the construction, property, or investment sectors.
Strong sales, negotiation, and client management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software is an added advantage.
Self-driven, creative, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 / Month.
