We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Lead to drive marketing initiativesacross multiple client accounts, with a primary focus on a fast-growing startupmicrofinance bank.

Based within our agency, this role balances client leadership,campaign execution, and cross-account strategy, acting as a trusted marketing partnerto clients across different industries.

You’ll lead marketing strategy and delivery for complex, high-impact accounts whilesupporting growth and innovation across the broader client portfolio.

Responsibilities

Lead marketing strategy and execution across multiple client accounts

Serve as the primary marketing lead for a startup microfinance bank client

Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with each client’sbusiness goals

Ensure brand consistency, regulatory compliance (where applicable), andperformance excellence across campaigns

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, content, paidmedia, partnerships, activations)

Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, agency leadership, and internalcreative, media, and strategy teams

Analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionablerecommendations

Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across accounts

Support pitches, proposals, and onboarding of new clients.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree

5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within an agency or client-facing environment

Proven experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously

Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, or other regulated industries

Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability

Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skill.

Salary

N600,000 – N800,000 monthly.
