Role Description

Are you a creative storyteller with a flair for digital marketing, disciplined, and passionate about building brand presence who combines creativity with professionalism and strong work ethics?
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead content strategy, manage social media, and drive brand visibility. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and managing marketing strategies, developing content for digital and print platforms, coordinating marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and optimizing customer engagement strategies. The role involves direct collaboration with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals while ensuring brand consistency.
Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing campaigns and content shoots.
Create and manage engaging content across digital platforms.
Monitor and report social media metrics and campaign performance.
Collaborate with the design team (basic graphics knowledge required).
Ensure brand consistency and audience growth.
Qualifications

Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Coordination, and Market Analysis
Excellent skills in Content Development, Social Media Management, and Brand Communication
Ability to utilize Digital Marketing tools, SEO/SEM strategies, and Analytics Platforms effectively
Strong Written and Verbal Communication, Networking, and Presentation skills
Experience with Team Management and Cross-functional Collaboration
Sound organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
Prior experience in the hospitality or real estate industry is an added advantage
Good attitude, strong work ethics, and ability to follow structure.
Salary
N230,000 – N250,000 per month.
