Description

Purpose of the Role

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen Correct Tech Nigeria’s market position.
The role will focus on digital engagement, customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty campaigns, ensuring all marketing activities align with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
Scope of Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Planning:

Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
Identify and segment target audiences, creating tailored strategies for each segment.
Ensure all marketing content and campaigns comply with betting and gaming advertising laws.
Allocate marketing budgets efficiently and track returns on investment (ROI).
Brand Management:

Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand image across all touchpoints.
Oversee creative content development for digital, print, and broadcast channels.
Monitor public perception and manage brand reputation proactively.
Digital Marketing and Customer Acquisition:

Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and affiliate networks.
Drive traffic and conversions through SEO, SEM, and targeted advertising.
Explore influencer partnerships, sponsorships, and strategic collaborations to boost brand reach.
Customer Retention and Loyalty Programs:

Work closely with CRM teams to design loyalty programs, promotions, and incentives.
Segment customers for personalized communications and targeted offers.
Monitor retention performance and implement strategies to improve player lifetime value (LTV).
Market Research and Competitive Intelligence:

Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
Track competitor marketing strategies and adjust company campaigns accordingly.
Prepare monthly market intelligence reports for management.
Partnership and Affiliate Management:

Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with affiliates, media agencies, and promotional partners.
Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Reporting and Campaign Analysis:

Maintain up-to-date dashboards tracking marketing performance.
Present monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and conversion rates.
Deliverables:

Approved annual and quarterly marketing strategy documents.
Monthly campaign calendars with budgets and KPIs.
Weekly and monthly performance reports against agreed targets.
Quarterly market research and competitor analysis reports.
Measurable increase in customer acquisition, retention, and engagement rates.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Customer acquisition numbers vs. set targets.
Customer retention and reactivation rates.
ROI on marketing campaigns.
Website/app traffic and conversion metrics.
Brand awareness and engagement levels.
Regulatory compliance across all marketing materials.
Reporting Line:

Reports to: Head of Commercial / Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
Works closely with: Product Development, CRM, Compliance, and Customer Support teams.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
5+ years’ experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience in iGaming, betting, sports entertainment, or related sectors preferred, but high-performing candidates from other industries will be considered.
Strong digital marketing expertise, including SEO, SEM, social media management, and affiliate marketing.
Proven ability to manage large budgets and deliver measurable results.
Excellent analytical skills for interpreting marketing data and making data-driven decisions.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ethical and Professional Expectations:

Ensure all campaigns promote responsible gaming.
Comply with all Nigerian betting and gaming advertising laws.
Uphold Correct Tech Nigeria’s values of fairness, transparency, and customer focus.
Salary
N800,000 – N1,000,000 / Month (based on experience and performance).
