Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Mobile App Developer to join our growing team of engineers and technology professionals.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and building intuitive, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications that provide users with seamless access to real-time satellite data and AI-powered insights.

Key Responsibilities

Mobile Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications (Android & iOS) using React Native.
API Integration: Collaborate with Software team to integrate RESTful APIs, cloud services, and real-time geospatial data.
Data Visualization: Work closely with GIS analysts and AI engineers to develop interactive dashboards, maps, and visualization tools.
Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are secure, responsive, and optimized for performance, scalability, and offline functionality where required.
Cross-Platform Consistency: Deliver a consistent and high-quality user experience across multiple devices and platforms.
Testing & Debugging: Perform unit, integration, and functional testing to ensure application reliability and stability.
Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams (frontend, backend, AI) to deliver integrated solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in mobile development.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mobile application development or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in React Native (mandatory requirement).
Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
Experience deploying applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Familiarity with geospatial tools and mapping technologies (e.g., Mapbox, Leaflet, Google Maps API) is an added advantage.
Knowledge of mobile security best practices and offline-first architecture.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.

Salary: N250,000 – N350,000 per month.
