Job Summary

Our client seeks a results-driven Project Manager to lead high-value construction projects from inception to completion.
You’ll be the linchpin ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality, while fostering a culture of safety and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:

Develop comprehensive project plans (timelines, budgets, resources) for multi-site construction projects.
Implement risk mitigation strategies to keep projects on track amid challenges.
Financial & Operational Excellence:

Control project budgets, negotiating with vendors/subcontractors to maximize value.
Optimize resource allocation (materials, labor, equipment) to prevent delays.
Quality & Safety Enforcement:

Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and necessary industry standard requirements.
Lead by example in ensuring safety on the project sites
Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary client liaison, delivering regular progress reports.
Resolve conflicts among teams/subcontractors to maintain workflow harmony.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Construction Engineering / Building Technology or a related field.
5+ years progressive experience in managing high value construction projects (residential / commercial / industrial).
Proven track record of on-time, on-budget delivery
Certifications: PMP, COREN, NSE (preferred).
Proficiency in Civil Design software such as AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil, Revit, Prota Structure, etc.
Nice-to-Have:

Experience with EPC contracts.
Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project.
