Job Summary
This role involves troubleshooting network issues, ensuring maximum network uptime, and responding to service outages. The NOC Engineer works closely with other departments, such as the network, IT, and customer support teams, to ensure the ISP’s network remains operational and performs optimally.
Ensure all network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) are up and running.

Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve user-related network issues efficiently.

Requirements
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Hands-on experience with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, or Huawei.
Proficiency with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, or PRTG.
Experience with IP addressing, routing, and switching.
