Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) business.
As an ideal candidate, you’ll have a proven track record in operations management within the FMCG sector, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of FMCG production and distribution
Manage supply chain logistics and inventory control
Develop and implement operational strategies for efficiency
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
Lead, train, and motivate operational teams
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and procurement departments
Identify and implement process improvements
Manage budgets and optimize operational costs
Negotiate with suppliers and service providers.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
3 – 7 years proven experience in FMCG operations management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 monthly.
