We are hiring an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate cash flow, support sales transactions, and ensure smooth client and banking operations. The role works closely with Sales, Finance, Compliance, and external partners to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate cash flow, transaction processing, and reconciliation
• Support sales operations, client onboarding, and documentation
• Liaise with banks and resolve transaction-related issues
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
• Manage agents, improve processes, and support office operations

Requirements
• HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in operations, finance operations, or sales support
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Banking or startup experience is an advantage
