About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day production, supply chain, and operational activities.
The successful candidate will ensure that our processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards while maintaining the highest level of product quality.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across production, quality control, inventory, and logistics.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in the cosmetic manufacturing industry.
Collaborate with R&D, procurement, and sales departments to align production with market demand.
Monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes.
Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of raw and packaging materials.
Track and analyze operational performance using KPIs and prepare regular reports for management.
Lead, mentor, and motivate operational staff to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Implement cost-control measures while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in operations management, preferably within cosmetics, FMCG, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and inventory management.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP/manufacturing software.
