Location: Ikoyi, Lagos Role Summary We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Operations Manager to lead compliance, optimize sales performance, and ensure operational excellence within a fast-paced real estate environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enforcing structure, managing high-performing sales teams, and contributing to revenue targets exceeding ₦1 Billion. Key Responsibilities Enforce operational compliance across the sales team, including CRM usage, reporting, follow-ups, and deal tracking Monitor daily and weekly sales activities to ensure consistent achievement of targets Manage leads, sales pipeline, and deal closure processes efficiently Verify and ensure all transactions are properly documented before commission approvals Drive accountability, discipline, and performance across the team Collaborate with the media team to align content with sales and lead generation goals Oversee CRM systems (Zoho or similar) to maintain accurate and up-to-date records Identify operational gaps and implement effective process improvements Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, media, and customer service teams Prepare and present regular performance and operational reports Requirements Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations or sales management (real estate preferred). Proven ability to manage and scale high-performing teams Demonstrated track record of contributing to ₦1 Billion+ revenue targets Strong experience enforcing structure, systems, and accountability Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho is an added advantage) Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment What We’re Looking For Results-oriented with a high level of accountability Strong leadership presence and decision-making ability Detail-oriented with a focus on execution and outcomes Ability to drive performance and maintain operational efficiency Salary N200,000 – N300,000 / Month.
