Manage the WhatsApp Construction Jobs Channel
Respond to candidate emails and support them through the placement process
Coordinate referrals with partner organisations
Identify and liaise with new potential employers and training providers
Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Founder or Line Manager.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently
Experience working with WhatsApp, email, and other digital communication tools
Proven ability to liaise with external partners and stakeholders
