Location: Magodo Phase 2, Lagos
Duty Shift: 48 hours on duty, followed by 4 days off.
Responsibilities

Ensure optimal patient care by following clinical guidelines and quality standards.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and transactions.
Conduct thorough inpatient and outpatient reviews, initiating comprehensive assessment and management plans.
Supervise and mentor Medical Assistants, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Participate actively in clinical audits and quality assurance initiatives.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
Manage emergency situations with efficiency and expertise.
Engage in continuous professional development through ongoing training programs.
Provide mentorship and training to junior medical staff members.
Requirements

M.B.B.S Degree from a recognized institution.
Valid practicing license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
NYSC discharge certificate or exemption letter.
Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC clinical experience.
Proficiency in computer usage, including Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management systems.
Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Effective time management and organizational capabilities.
Ability to perform well under pressure, including in emergency situations.
High ethical standards and professional integrity.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Compensation

Minimum of N350,000 / Month (Negotiable)
