Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary School Principal to lead our team at our school located in Ogudu Ojota.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education leadership, with excellent communication and management skills.
Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the school
Develop and implement school policies and procedures
Foster a positive and inclusive school culture
Oversee curriculum development and implementation
Manage school operations, including budgeting and resource allocation
Supervise and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff
Build relationships with parents, students, and the wider community
Drive academic excellence and student achievement.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
Postgraduate Degree in Education Leadership or Administration an added advantage
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in school leadership or administration
Proven track record of academic excellence and school improvement
Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to drive change and innovation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary
N300,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
