Location: Surulere, Lagos Job Responsibilities Source and procure food and beverages from approved suppliers. Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers. Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Supervise food and beverage staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure compliance with company standards. Implement cost control measures to minimize waste and optimize profitability. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service. Preferred Qualifications Certification in procurement, hospitality, or related field. Experience with inventory management software and excellent knowlegde in microsoft office use (Excel) Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. Salary N250,000 – N400,000 / month.
