Responsibilities

Conduct daily team briefings, assign tasks, and monitor production workflow.
Oversee garment production processes to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
Inspect fabrics, raw materials, and finished garments for quality and compliance with standards.
Maintain accurate production schedules, reports, and records.
Liaise with admin, tailors, and management to resolve issues and provide updates.
Manage inventory of fabrics, trims, and accessories; coordinate procurement for restocking.
Organize training sessions to improve staff performance and skills.
Conduct regular equipment and safety checks.
Analyze production performance, costs, and efficiency, recommending improvements.
Recognize and reward outstanding staff performance while addressing underperformance constructively.
Person Specification

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Fashion, Production Management, or related field.
3–5 years’ proven experience in garment production, tailoring supervision, or fashion operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and quality standards.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, and high-pressure environment.
Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
