Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Production Manager to oversee and coordinate fashion production operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tailors and production staff, ensuring productivity, maintaining quality standards, and enforcing adherence to established production processes.

Key Responsibilities

Track and improve productivity across all fashion production activities.

Optimize resources to ensure efficient use of materials, time, and manpower.

Implement and enforce total quality management standards across production.

Plan, coordinate, and supervise production activities to meet operational requirements.

Supervise tailors and production staff to ensure quality output and timely delivery.

Ensure discipline and strict adherence to established production processes and standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BSc) or HND in Fashion Design or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a fashion production environment, with supervisory or managerial responsibility.

Strong technical competence in fashion production and garment construction.

Practical background in fashion design and/or tailoring is required.

Strong understanding of fabrics, materials, and production workflows.

High attention to detail and quality control.

Strong discipline, process orientation, and people management ability.

Quality-first mindset with the ability to drive consistency across production teams.

Salary

N2,400,000 annually.
