Location: Warri Delta Key Responsibilities Oversee the planning and execution of programme activities across thematic Ensure programmes are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Provide technical guidance and supervision to Programme Officers and Associates. Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Communications, Partnerships, Finance) to ensure seamless programme delivery. Establish monitoring and reporting frameworks to track programme performance and impact. Review programme reports, data, and documentation for quality and compliance. Facilitate learning, reflection, and adaptation to improve programme outcomes. Ensure programmes comply with organisational policies, donor requirements, and safeguarding standards. Identify programme risks and develop mitigation strategies. Required Qualifications and Skills A degree in Development Studies, Public Health, Social Sciences, Education, Public Administration, law or any related field is preferred. A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is an advantage. At least 5–8 years of progressive experience in programme management, preferably within non-profit, development, or donor-funded organisations. Proven experience leading teams, managing multi-stakeholder programmes, and working with donors or grant-funded projects. Strong organisational and coordination skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Community-oriented, dependable, proactive, empathetic.
