Job Description Identify, prospect, and develop new sales opportunities with potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. Present, promote, and sell company products or services to both new and existing clients. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to potential clients. Negotiate and close sales deals while providing transparent and accurate information to clients. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective sales goals and share best practices.- Monitor market competition and provide market feedback to the sales and marketing teams. Keep accurate and organized records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions. Provide timely and responsive customer support to address inquiries and resolve issues. Attend industry events and exhibitions to network and promote the company’s products and services Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials, including brochures and presentations. Stay current with industry knowledge and trends to provide informed product advice. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field. 3 years of proven success in sales, preferably in a multinational company. Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and principles. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Adaptability and a solution-oriented mindset. Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events. Familiarity with Real Estate industry is a plus. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
