Location: Ideato North, Imo Job Summary Thelive-in property manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the residential property while residing on-site. This role combines property maintenance & cleaning supervision duties. Core Responsibilities Property Oversight: Ensure the building and grounds are clean, safe, and well-maintained Conduct regular inspections of units and common areas Monitor utilities, security systems, and general operations Perform minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, fixtures) Schedule and supervise artisans for minor repairs Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out regularly. Ensure report of everything findings or situation within and around the property. Requirements The manager lives in a unit within the property. Must be available for emergencies, and rapid response to situation within the property. Expected to maintain a visible presence on-site. Salary N200,000 – N250,000 per month.
