Key Responsibilities Testing and inspection of construction materials Personnel training & quality induction programs Inspection and supervision of civil works Ensuring compliance with quality standards Requirements Degree / HND in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant field experience. Technical Skills Required: Knowledge of QA/QC systems & ISO standards Proficiency in material testing & civil inspection Familiarity with quality control documentation Experience with NDT or relevant testing methods Behavioural Competencies: Strong attention to detail & analytical mindset Excellent communication & reporting skills Team player with leadership ability High sense of integrity & professionalism.
