Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Marketer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with prospective clients.
The candidate must be passionate about sales, capable of closing deals, and committed to driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote company properties.
Identify and generate leads through various marketing channels.
Promote property listings to prospective buyers and investors.
Manage client relationships and provide professional real estate advisory services.
Initiate, negotiate, and close real estate transactions.
Conduct property presentations, inspections, and site visits with clients.
Support brand visibility through strategic sales and marketing activities.
Maintain and manage a portfolio of property listings.
Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to promote property sales.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and company goals.

Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc) in Marketing, Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
3 – 6 years of experience in real estate marketing, sales, or property management.
Strong knowledge of real estate marketing strategies and property sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to generate leads and close sales effectively.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and online property platforms.
Strong team collaboration and support skills.
Candidates must reside within or close to Lekki Phase 1.

Working Schedule:

Monday – Friday – 9am to 5pm.
