Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Job Summary As the Recruitment Analyst, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for our clients across various industries. You will play a critical role in identifying top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and supporting our clients’ hiring needs with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and company culture. Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using various recruitment tools and channels. Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit. Support business development efforts by identifying potential recruitment opportunities and client leads. Maintain an organized candidate database and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS). Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in consulting. Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Job Boards, ATS, and referrals. Salary N250,000 – N300,000 / month. Application Closing Date 30th July, 2025.
