Description

Responsibilities 

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for our pieces, accessories, and the upcoming clothing line

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet performance goals

Manage wholesale, retail, and Business to Business( B2B) sales relationships, including boutiques, distributors, and key accounts

Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand brand presence

Collaborate closely with the design, marketing, and production teams to align sales strategies with product launches and brand positioning

Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, providing regular performance analysis to senior management

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform pricing and product strategies

Ensure brand standards and luxury service excellence are maintained across all sales channels

Support the launch of new collections, including sales planning and training.

Requirements

Candidates should possess an HND in any relevant field with 2 – 10 years of relevant work experience. 

Salary

N200,000 – N350,000 monthly.
