Job Summary

The Retail Manager (female) will oversee the daily operations of the store, drive revenue growth, lead the retail team, and ensure every client receives a premium luxury experience.

The ideal candidate must be sales-driven, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining the highest operational and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Drive and achieve monthly and annual store sales targets

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability

Monitor daily sales performance and provide regular reports to management

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure efficiency and excellence

Maintain luxury visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines

Ensure proper stock management, inventory accuracy, and timely replenishment

Supervise cash handling processes and POS accuracy

Support the Human Resources Department to Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate Sales Associates

Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular team evaluations

Deliver and enforce exceptional customer service standards

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally

Build and maintain relationships with loyal and VIP clients

Ensure all team members uphold the brand image through grooming and professional conduct

Manage store expenses and ensure cost control

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedure.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

3–5 years retail management experience (luxury or fashion industry preferred)

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Well-groomed with a strong understanding of luxury retail standards

Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office

Salary

N300,000 – N400,000 / month.
