SITH is the franchisee for Pizza Hut in Nigeria (all regions except Lagos). Pizza Hut is part of Yum Brands (formerly PepsiCo Restaurants). We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Rider

 

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

 

Responsibilities

 

Prompt and timely dispatch of orders to customers

Proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.

Ensuring all deliveries are made within specified time limits whilst abiding to road traffic and speed regulations.

Communicating with customers effectively to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

 

Valid driver’s license

Possession of a working mobile phone.

Ability to work shifts, including weekends.

At least one(1) year of experience working in food retail or service industry.

Skill:

 

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Numerical and literacy skills.

Attention to detail.

In-depth understanding of customer service

Up-to-date knowledge of food safety and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent knowledge of the road terrain of Abuja.

Possess excellent customer service knowledge.
