Job Description

We are seeking high-performing Sales Acquisition Executives to drive aggressive merchant onboarding and revenue growth across key sectors.
This role is ideal for ambitious sales professionals with strong prospecting skills, structured pipeline management, and a proven ability to close B2B deals.
You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and activating merchants while ensuring revenue contribution and long-term portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new merchants within assigned territories and target segments
Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, and activation
Build and maintain a strong pipeline to meet and exceed monthly acquisition targets
Develop strategic relationships with SME and enterprise merchants
Execute field sales and direct engagement strategies
Collaborate with onboarding, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless merchant activation
Track performance metrics including acquisition numbers, transaction value, and portfolio growth
Provide market intelligence and competitor insights
Performance Expectations

Consistently meet or exceed monthly acquisition and revenue targets
Maintain high merchant activation and retention rates
Demonstrate structured pipeline discipline and reporting accuracy
Drive measurable contribution to overall merchant growth strategy
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
3+ years of B2B sales or merchant acquisition experience (Fintech, Payments, Banking is an added advantage)
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced andtarget-driven environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management.
Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 monthly.
