The ideal candidate is commercially driven, relationship – focused, and experienced in identifying growth opportunities, acquiring high – value accounts, building strategic partnerships, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
This role is responsible for expanding market presence, strengthening partner relationships, and contributing directly to the company’s commercial growth objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, stockists, corporate organizations, and strategic partners.
Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and revenue streams.
Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership opportunities that align with business objectives.
Acquire and grow high – value accounts across assigned territories and channels.
Drive market penetration and increase product availability through strategic account acquisition.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Conduct regular business reviews and performance meetings with key accounts.
Ensure high customer satisfaction, account retention, and long – term business relationships.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross – selling, and account expansion.
Collaborate with internal teams to execute growth strategies and commercial objectives.
Support product launches, promotional activities, exhibitions, activations, and business events.
Contribute to the development of commercial strategies and growth plans.
Prepare and submit regular sales and business development reports.
Track KPIs, revenue performance, partnership growth, and market expansion metrics.
Provide insights and recommendations to support business decision – making.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Commercial Management, Key Account Management, or a related role.
Proven experience acquiring new business and growing high – value accounts.
Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Experience developing and managing strategic partnerships is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM / sales reporting tools.
Willingness to travel as required.
N350,000 – N400,000 / Month.
