Key Elements of the Role

Report to the Sales Manager
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including greeting and welcoming customers to the store
Assist customers with product handling and advise customers on products
Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the store
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Link selling and upselling of products to customers
Ensure effective visual merchandising of products to create an attractive and inviting shopping environment
Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing
Obtain customer feedback on products and services, and share feedback with the Sales Manager
Build and maintain relationships with clients to increase sales and customer loyalty
Maintain a clean, safe and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and fitting rooms
Participate in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise
Collaborate and work effectively with other team members
Desired Skills & Experience

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field,
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a luxury retail store
Courteous and friendly disposition
Poised, with excellent grooming skills
Exceptional selling and negotiation skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
High level of integrity.
Salary
N180,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
