Key Responsibilities

Generate and convert qualified real estate leads

Actively market Bravies Homz properties to clients

Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and site inspections

Close property sales and meet monthly targets

Maintain accurate client records and sales reports

Attend property inspections and marketing activation

Skills & Competencies

Candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree, HND, OND qualification

2 – 3 years of work experience.

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Negotiation and closing ability

Client relationship management

Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven

Professional conduct and trustworthines

Proven sales or closing experience (results matter).
