Job Description

Our client is urgently needs a Sales Executive, to drive growth, increase market presence, and build strong partnerships for our snacks and chin chin brand.

The ideal candidate is experienced in FMCG sales, understands the Nigerian retail landscape, and is passionate about driving results through relationships, strategy, and execution.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product penetration across supermarkets, retail chains, open markets, distributors, and food service channels.

Identify and secure new wholesale and distribution partnerships nationwide.

Manage relationships with existing partners to ensure consistent reorders and strong brand visibility.

Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and promotional agreements with buyers and distributors.

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and competitive analyses for management

Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demand to guide strategy.

Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Collect customer feedback and share insights with management to improve products and sales approaches.

Represent the brand at trade shows, market activations, and industry events.

Liaising with logistics partners for delivery of finished goods to distributors / customers etc.

Requirements

A Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in snacks, confectionery, or packaged foods.

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.

Demonstrated success in closing large-scale retail or wholesale contracts.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.

Strong analytical and forecasting ability.

Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot), Google workspace.

Remuneration

N350,000 – N400,000 monthly (Hybrid Role).
