Key Responsibilities

Drive property sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets in Abuja.

Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.

Manage client relationships and oversee high-value transactions.

Monitor sales performance and prepare regular management reports.

Represent Mosaic Homes at site inspections, exhibitions, and promotional events across Abuja.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years proven experience in real estate sales or sales management.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to meet aggressive targets and manage a high-performing sales team.

Solid knowledge of the Abuja real estate market is an added advantage.

Salary

N200,000 – N300,000 / month
