Job Summary
Sales Management:

Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads for land sales, including identifying potential customers, building relationships, and leveraging networks.
Sales Team Management: Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
Sales Forecasting: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to forecast sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Revenue Growth Strategy:

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the land sales market.
Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors’ strategies, strengths, and weaknesses to develop competitive advantages.
Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies that balance revenue goals with market demand and competition.
Product Development: Collaborate with the development team to create attractive land packages, amenities, and services that meet customer needs and drive sales.
Performance Optimization:

Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition costs, and sales conversion rates.

Requirements

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 per month.
