Location: Ibeju – Lekki, Lagos
Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in retail, hospitality (hotels, kitchens), and open markets.
Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives for direct retail and market sales.
Provide leadership, motivation, and performance evaluation to ensure a high-performing sales team.
Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team skills and productivity.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
Negotiate and secure contracts with retail stores, hotels, and food service providers.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and product visibility.
Work closely with the marketing team to design promotional strategies for different sales channels.
Organize product sampling, trade shows, and promotional events to attract new customers.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
Ensure effective stock management and distribution to meet market demand.
Manage budgets and optimize marketing and sales expenditure for maximum ROI.
Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 per month.
